10:42 why not have it all around? like start the design with the edges in mind and make sure text or dogg photo dont get cut off. I feel like wrap around looks better than having the white edges? unless you tested both and white edges just sold better.

Thank you for this video. I do have a dog and a cat and at first I was a little hesitant and not sure what to think about making money with the loss of a pet, although I know it is business. But I really do think your product looks so lovely and if someone looses a loved pet I can imagine they are grateful for such a special cute last gift. And of course every pet dies someday. I am happy I found this video and will definitely watch the other ones as well. And I will follow your advice with the best niches. I opened my shop four days ago but now I am stuck and so confused where to start so I start with what you recommend. Thank you again.

I really wanna use hello custom but it isn't as intuitive as people claim. Like how does it know where to print. I dunno I can't test it or anything.

You will first create the product on Printify with the template graphic. Once the product sells on Etsy and you approve the personalized graphic, HelloCustom will make a copy of the template Printify product and swap out the graphic. The size and placement will be matched, so the product looks the exact same, but with correct personalization. I hope that helps!

I, too, would have liked to have joined when you still had the plan available to pay by design. I decided to try it, paid $29.99, and couldn’t get it to work in Safari for a week. You were very responsive when I emailed you, but just told me it was glitch that you were working on. One day, I tried using it in Google Chrome and it finally worked as intended. Again, I just wanted to try it. I’m glad I did, as I plan to use it when I get more sales. But, until I can justify the monthly cost, it would be helpful to have a plan so that we can adapt to the learning curve and get used to it on each of the personalized products that we are listing in our shops. Customers can either message you the image inside of Etsy or you can provide an email for them to email you. File time will most likely be JPG, but PNG works too.

Thanks so much! Once you create your account, you should be directed to the Connections page to connect your Etsy and Printify account. If you are signed into your Etsy account and click on ‘Connect’ there should be a popup to allow HelloCustom to connect to your Etsy account. If no popup appears, you can try turning off any popup blockers. I hope that helps!

If a customer sends you a poor quality photo the image on the frame will not turn out well. Have you had any problems with bad photos being sent to you, or have you had to request replacement photos? Also, have you had any complaints from customers who ordered, and then were dissatisfied with the product because of the photo? How much did you spend on Etsy advertising per day for this product, and would you recommend spending a smaller amount per day after Christmas season is over. Thank you. Sadly, I concluded that I do not have enough time in the day to build the $1M Etsy shop. I released everything from the product research, market research, listing SEO, and launch strategy. The only thing missing was actually creating the designs and listings. If you apply those videos with these product tutorial videos, you should have everything you need to scale your own Etsy shop :)

I could be wrong, but I think you have to make a change to the graphic. For example, a graphic of an elephant icon and putting a name text element below it would work.
