The speaker was referrring to QS <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="2954">49:14</a> Why limit the word الأعراب , to be as ONLY the bedouins during the time of Muhmmad saw ? Especially, when Quran uses the word البدو in QS <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="730">12:10</a>0 The bedouins population that time were very small and scattered arounf the peninsula They were not part of Muhammad's legion and they did not enter in any kind of agreements with him the word الأعراب in quran should include ALL "arabs" who was living in the peninsula that time, inclusive all quraysh in Makkah and the immigrants, the bedouin the arabs in madinah . In short the word الأعراب should refer to "arab speaking" people
