Where is the closet in that first bedroom that's facing the left of bathroom before entering the bathroom? It's too choppy to me, DO NOT like that the primary is in the kitchen, the actual living room space is very small & narrow there is not much room for furniture placement...

Just think, the people that buy today will have over $10K in equity and a tax break (interest deduction) on a $300K home this time next year. Folks who sit on the sideline and rent will only have rent receipts and a rental increase.

@@timothywood9990 Homes will only sell for what someone is willing and able to pay. If someone is willing and able to pay X number of Dollars, it is considered to be market value. This home would sell for seven figures in parts of NY and half this amount in parts of Mississippi. Would it be considered inflated if it sold for seven figures in NY ? If so, why ? Why not ? Just because the price is higher than an individual would pay does not mean it is inflated or artificial. One thing for sure is that the equity that owners are building now is 100% real money. Iwas trying to say it separately and that the brick wall I. The left of the kitchen was once a real brick fireplace it’s to bad they did not renovate it and keep it that would have warmed the house they put a counter top and shelves in there I instead I personally would have kept the real brick fireplace 😊

people make bad choices everyday this is not a good deal and you know it 300k only gets you this never before when you pay 300k you got this you can look up the history of home buying one of the worst housing market for buyers ever!!

If this home meets the buyers needs and the appraiser can justify the price as market value or below, why is it a bad deal? This buyer and every other buyer in this market, in this price range and higher, will have over $10K in equity this time next year. Those that sit on the sidelines will have nothing but rent receipts and higher prices this time next year. The smart choice is clear.
