Thats a great practice! Tracing has such a stigma I feel but this is the best use of it as a tool.

I've develop this weird thing where if I know I'm drawing Spider-Man, I can draw him in any complicated pose But when it comes to other characters, I can't draw them in complicated poses lol It's a dilemma

Lol that’s actually such an interesting one. Maybe try drawing Spider-Man as your poses and then changing his face 😂 (In all seriousness, with correct practice you’ll develop it over time)

Yup that’s a pretty big problem. Only thing I can suggest is to put the paper above whatever screen you have with the reference (for example, phone)

I'll probably do this I think is great, but it would be better if the poses you copy are from real life photos and not drawings. Real Life studies are somethin they always recommend, don't matter what style you draw or try to achieve.
