i am especially realizing now Todd, that i am becoming able to actually recognize the gifts 🎁 within the drama 🎭 lamas … the upsets and let downs.. 🎁 the rage i very very rarely engage in any longer but when i do, it now morphs into a brilliant bit of learning.. appreciate your beautiful beautiful video blessings.. visually so engaging and every sentence is pack-jammed with so much to contemplate… thank you, again.. 😃😃love those behind the scenes moments too😉😉☺️… and soft beds are so preciously fancy and delightful for us!! yes, lots of advertisements in nyc!!😆😆

I was homeless for a period in my life; something I still sometimes can't believe I endured or even got into a place where it happened. There is not a day that goes by that I do not pray for those who are in that place themselves and that I am so deeply grateful to be sober, and that my cat and I have food, a roof over our heads and a safe place to sleep at night. He's a former stray, so he's seen his own stuff in the time before we found each other. Wishing everyone who reads this peace and a way to find happiness amongst the ever-increasing chaos that this world seems to be in these days. Thank you for this wonderful message. 💗

Whoever you are and wherever you are, please know that some random stranger (me) read your story and is thinking of you and sending strength, gratitude and positivity your direction. Happy you found your way out of a dark place and still had the compassion to save a kitty - knowing cats like I do, he probably thinks he helped save you.

Thank you for your kind words and thank you for taking the time to respond to an internet stranger with such uplifting thoughts. And, yes, I have no doubt he believes he saved me. Me too. I was homeless for a few months and into winter cold, my cat died during that time. My daughter sent for me, now I'm safe and warm and have a job and place to live.. When I'm walking to my car at night after work, I stop and sit with a man who sleeps in a doorway, who I can call my friend now. He's a very nice guy. I can so much relate to the lonliness of homelessness.

I lost every penny, all my possessions, home, the lot. And at the time it was incredibly painful. And you too will feel bad for a time and maybe not know how you will go on. But you will go on. You will rise again. You have the whole universe supporting you. Look around and see abundance everywhere - in nature, in trade, in human interaction, in grains of rice in a packet. Life is so abundant. It is your nature. And believe me, you will be abundant again xx

I'm grateful for my bad childhood, a narcissistic mother and a aloof, disengaged father, a sociopathic sister who tried to kill me at least twice and actually managed to cause the death of my other sister. Im grateful because I'm still here, for my kids and my grandkids who bring me joy every day. I'm grateful for clouds, cats, the moon and thunderstorms, the smell of apple blossom in early spring when it rains.

A grateful heart creates more things to be grateful for. Be the help the world needs however you can. Be the light in someone's darkness. Forgive those who insult and hurt you because it is not about you ~ it is something inside them. Remember that things don't happen TO YOU but instead they happen FOR YOU. Be grateful for them and wait for the good to unfold.

Our society has taught us that happiness is “out there”, in what we own, the status we have, etc., but Tood is right. We need to open our eyes, look INSIDE us, and we can feel already at home, even when we are going through the hard times. We need to go through the darkness to come out the other side! I am 73, worked through lifelong depression to finally find inner peace, and now have learned to feel all of my emotions, even when letting myself feel the suppressed sadness I kept inside for most of my life. I’m now alive in every moment, whatever emotion I’m feeling. If I die tomorrow, I am already grateful for the moment I have now. I know that when I will die, even if alone, I will be alright! I have now found myself. I hope that your videos help other people to learn that happiness is on the inside and that gratitude helps us to recognise this.

Life truly is happening for us. The nature to seek the positive in every situation and have gratitude is innate in all beings. There is gold to be found in the good, bad and ugly in life. The lessons and strength one gains is expansive and nurturing of our spiritual growth. I lost my mother at the age of seven, as a young teenager I thanked her for her sacrifice. Navigating the loss at a tender age I had access to connect to this Sparkly Spiritual Sugar that flows like a cascading waterfall. Endless sea of love that flows through our vessel is the collective energy. Emotions- energy in motion, once we start to feel- we hold on to the emotion and humans get stuck in the physical experience, living the illusion. We are spirit, our bodies are the container. When we are existing in the container our roots can not tap into the source and be the sparkle of the waterfall.

As you said it takes into consideration the good with the bad which is not always easy. Also I think it takes some practice. Every person will experience joy and pain , happiness and suffering. And as you said being thankful for what is there and what life give in the present moment let's us see that life is always changing which is good thing . I'm at the age & stage in life where I believe, beyond a reasonable doubt, that Good & God are ONE - And Gratitude, is that Good Virtue that has the Power to draw Good back to us. Life does have it's challenges, of course - But if we can just try to be grateful more than complain, and count our blessings over our misfortunes - we are able to experience Good Karma & feel Deserving tooooo!! ✌Namaste 🙏!!

Attachment styles are about more than romance. They’re wired into the core of our nervous systems, and they’re a foundational element of who we are. They show up every time we get stressed - in any relationship. Unresolved wounding is what causes us to be so insecure. If you want to feel security, connection, and confidence in every aspect of your life, then you MUST learn how to solve the conflict/repair cycle because that’s the foundation of it all. The journey doesn’t end by learning your attachment style. It’s just the beginning.

Bryan Adams, go back and read the lyrics, listen to the song, it is so heartfelt, it's not about loving another, it's about loving "YOU." Thank you Todd, when I gave you the thumbs, "666" I looked up the meaning. "This angel number is a guidepost pointing toward recommitment to nurturing your foundation-your physical, mental, and emotional well-being." This is the quest to finding true love and happiness.
