It took this many episodes of Shotgun King for me to realize that white pieces can take you on ANY turn, not just when they're ready to move. Was under the impression that only white pieces that were preparing to move would be able to take your piece. I was very confused whenever Tyler would make a move to avoid dying to a piece that wasn't moving that turn.

Your bullets didn’t miss the final boss, the damage just transferred to the castle like before, they just didn’t trade places like the small kings. Maybe it was because the castle was on the board edge or not trading places is how the final boss do.

At 0:34 the blunderbuss was worth it, as you had 3 power over 75°, which gives you one bullet/power per 25°. Buying blunderbuss would give you 5 power over 105°, which is 1 power/bullet per 21°, so making you more likely to hit an enemy. (Combined with other upgrades it might be different though )

They changed knock back so that "knocked back" enemies can not kill you at all but you can still knock an enemy out of the way of another piece and it would harm you

It would probably count as them taking a move, which means they can't make another move in the same round to take your king, which makes knockback pretty powerful, ignoring the fact you can very easily put yourself in discovered check.

7:40 While I don't have the full version yet I'm unsure how it behaves, but if you try to risk hitting the king instead of moving it would cause the king and the rook to swap places, and since they swap places you would no longer be in check.

A little tip for the castle card, not only can it put you *in* a bad spot, but it can get you *out* of one as well. for example if a rook has you trapped, you could shoot the king and that would move the rook out of the way.

Yo Aliensrock you HAVE to check out a game called The Last Spell, it's like into the breach x they are billions. I've never played a more unappreciated underreported game in my life. All characters are randomly generated with random starting traits, FULLY RANDOM SKILL TREES and you constantly unlock more variety as you go. Just as I was starting to think i've seen most of the skill tree options generate after 3 games I unlocked more skill trees generated on every hero and more skill trees i'd never seen before to generate random skills on.

U were wrong - the gift makes it so your first clip has the buff - meaning you would have had 9 damage for 3 shots. The ways it goes away are - SHOOT move (reloads one shell) and reload - meaning you could move all the way up to the pawn wall and BLAST 3 shells 9dm each

While the physical act of castling does not affect the final boss, all damage that would affect the king is transferred to the rook. The bullets did not thread the needle, they just hit the king's shield. Who was not at all covering him. But still blocked every bullet. This makes no sense.

I can't confirm this myself as I don't have the game, but apparently there is a secret boss that you can fight if you beat the final boss with a single bishop remaining with the red book in play. It even changes the ending a little. Even more if your shotgun is still loaded after taking the final shot. I thought it was interesting and thought to mention it in case you never heard about it and wanted to try it.
