Btw, there are some cards locked behind other cards, ex. church organ is great, cause it gives you extra ammo and slots, with no downside, however, you can only get church organ if you have cathedral, and further more, to get cathedral you need cardinal, keep an eye out for these cards if you want to complete the codex as these ones are also rare cause of how they work lol

There's a secret on the Boss Stage, where if you have The Red Book, and the one white card that makes Bishops into Kings upon death of a king, you get a secret on floor 10 for keeping a bishop after slaying the Big King.

If I remember correctly, you can use SPACE to reload, unless you prefer clicking the shotgun (or want to show the audience more that you're reloading in place). Apologize if you've done it before, can't say I remember everything that well.

Waiting to use the wand is strictly better, you can just wait until either you want to use the queen soul or the queen becomes a nuisance, and then kill the queen. But it also gives you more flexibility.

Not to mention that the queen could block another piece from going somewhere annoying on the board before it's destroyed. If the wand took a turn then it'd be obvious to do it at the start, but right now there's no reason not to wait for an optimal time to use the wand. If it makes sense to use it on the queen, then you can do that whenever you need to. Especially when there's 2 queens and you don't know which one is going to become a problem first.

Avoiding the bridge was a good choice, it's brutal. Almost completely neuters the advantage moat gives.

Quick Tip, the Boss King' Heir wont turn into a massive king if you kill the king before the heir, you can just leave it alone and go straight for the king immediately

This shotgun is absolutely insane with engraved scope and force-feed. Like, those two upgrades alone will take you to level 10. Any extra damage/range etc, or the moat, just makes it even easier. It's completely broken.

Just so you know moat +August Presence is OP because pieces can`t get within a radius around your king so pieces can`t pass the moat immediately because they get stuck in it and if your right up next to the moat they can`t pass because if they try to they get stuck in the moat but then they would be next yo u but the can`t be because of August presence.

Hey tyler, try to get the secret ending at the end boss. if you kill the king boss while there is only 1 bishop left the true boss will appear and if you beat him you will get the true ending.

Alienrocks, have you tried doing a run with the White side having the red book and theocracy cards along with having one bishop alive at the final boss? You’ll get a different ending(if you beat the extra surprise with or without shells left in your shotgun)by doing that.

when you get to level 15 the pawns have 4hp....knights and biships have 5hp.....queens have 6Hp, rooks have 7HP..... *kings have 11HP* Don't worry....you still deal 5 damage...have 7- fire arc..... and hey! You have 1 more bullet then normal

I feel like just killing the queen before anything has even moved is just wrong strategically. You can always get in situations where it saves you and it will never cause you an action. It does make things easier to grasp though. Less to think about?

i think the worst shotgun is either the knockback or the one with 2 sword, knockback is just weak, and sword is only good if you get something with sword and only viable if you get the one where you get a 1 free move with sword every turn.
