THIS video does not show anything close to that. THIS video is all about putting all eyes on the Pastor. The Traditional Christian worship has always put JESUS at the Center of the worship service and has downplayed the role of the Priest. American Protestanism doesn't even know what it is doing on Sunday morning and this is why they are in such decline.

Let God judge them. Are we supposed to be "fruit" inspectors? Again of course. But to presume something despite it looking a certain way I don't think is the best way to go about it. I dont see a problem with that even as a wannabe strict christian. First off, those churches (physical) are not holy! It’s the people that are in the church who are holy. The shepherd and the sheep! We the people are the church. We are the body of christ, his people. He built it when he was resurrected after those 3 days! So this is more of a school for christian more then anything. It’s important that school are welcoming, fun, heartwarming, supportive in order to attract as many Christian as possible. In order for them to feel good in the church so that they can themselves bring more people to Christ. If you are against that then you are working for satan.

But as someone who also used to dunk on religion, (I'm still not religious just educated on the subject matter now) I think you don't realize the communal aspect to it. Obviously each church is different, but many offer community and counsel to those who don't have access to or don't seek it out themselves. Also what is in the Bible vs what people say is in it or twist it to mean are two different things. There are obvious cons to religion, but I think dismissive generalizations are not the way to highlight those. I think in general we should avoid ingorant dismissals.
