Something I wanna suggest. I noticed that you seem to have an issue with your reads. On average a QB makes a max 2 reads per play. Sometimes you got time and yeah you get all 4 or 5 in but normally its 2. Start reading your receiver's with that in mind. If your first read isn't there go to your second. If the second isn't there look at 1 while running out of the pocket and if nothing else run. This will help you see the backfield easier because it gives you a second to read the defense as well.

Find Puke-ah's route and then look for a check-down route on the opposite side and look for one of them to be open or else just sling that pigskin onto the grill in the concession stands and try it again. At this point, the only thing you have to lose is higher draft slots if you succeed, but you'll be potentially be getting your boy that upgrade you're looking for. Maybe give your old QB another shot to push Puke-ah over the top, then bench his A$$ again if you are really done with him. On offense for pass plays just run mesh, slants, and four vertical. no need for anything else except running the ball. On defense 90% of the time just run cover 3.

If you dont trade Donald. He will retire. His age looks young however he is already a decade in. Which means he is 1-3 years from retiring in Madden. Trade him before deadline to get value from him. You could potentially get 2-3 75+ players and replenish a 1st round pick.
