Solrock also has Psywave. The only difference between Solrock & Lunatone is their movesets. Solrock has Solarbeam where Lunatone has Moonblast.

Mr. Mime in the open UL underperforms with Psywave (which it gets now) + Shadow Ball/Psychic, but if they gave it Avalanche (which would be legal) instead of Psychic it turns into a bit of a beast.
