That's sad. The game seems a lot harder than it is at first. Guards are retarded and absolute pushovers in combat. Contraband is really easy to get your hands on. Just beware of the invincible, super powered dogs. They are the true antagonists of this game

Love this prison. Beautiful aesthetic and music. Many cool, secret locations to explore, as you would expect from a medieval castle repurposed into a prison. The guard uniforms and the inmate uniforms are a nice touch too. I stole a metal baton and a riot uniform, attached a battery to the metal baton and absolutely destroyed this place, then got bored and decided to take the boat off the island.

i literally didnt even realise that the escapists had a sequel. i played the original non stop on the PS4 in maybe 2016ish? i could never beat the first prison but i tried a lot and just found the game fun anyways. i recently got the mobile version and have been playing through it on there but didnt even notice that there was an Escapists 2. looks kinda better in every way lol.

I had to move furniture recently. The desk was in three parts, a drawer part (narrow), a bookshelf, plus the top that wasn't able to be attached to the rest of the desk. You could put the bases under the middle of the top, that would put it in its T pose.

unfortunately the horse's shoes were ones that jim made and the horse was slower because of it. jim was captured not long after and put back on death row, which he then escaped again. Thus the cycle went on, again and again, unto eternity.

You would mean that a medieval castle would be hard to escape, but actually due to the low-tech nature (barely any cameras and contraband scanners) and mostly being an indoor prison, it's significantly easier than POW camp and onwarts.
