Ariful Karim Try watching the video again, and try and understand it this time. She has money coming in each month as a paid producer, meanwhile she is making her own stuff with her own producer, and they split profits 50/50. This way, without a major label involved, she has 100% control over her musical output, and no label can make her re-record her tracks if one of their A&R people don't think it's right. Contrary to your comment, this girl is very sharp, and is going to go a long way: without a record label taking a massive cut of her money. Don't you know the Prince vs Sony story?
