We, Tiger fans, can only hope. Sounds promising but as others have noted, so did Tork.

Tork is only 25, still has five years of team control, and people are already giving up on him. Crazy world we live in.

He's pretty young still butt just guys 5 tool. He and he's a b*, he's versatile. He could do a lot of things which is a difference speed power. Great ability to fill a picture with a 100 miles per hour ball. What a talent park first place only.
@joshlewis5757 күн бұрын
@TheFett79 welp, he does look lost at the plate. Every time I see the dude in the box he is changing his stance. 1 time he's standing straight up, next he's bent at the knees a bit, next he's leaning back, he's a mess up there. Tork was supposed to be hitting 300+ with 30 dingers annually. Hope this winter he finally remembers how to hit but I won't be holding my breath. I could see him being dfa'd this year
@bradbradshaw-i4n3 күн бұрын
@@TheFett79 he hits 220. which is not good enough. needs to hit at least 250 with 25 hr a year.

He won’t be the everyday CF. Parker Meadows range and ability is just better. I see him taking LF, moving Greene to platoon with Carp if they want to move on from Vierling unless he moves permanently to 3B (unlikely). Other option, JHM becomes a trade piece and he takes RF with Carpenter and Greene stays in LF. Either way, he’s blocked but they’ll get something out of a trade for any 2-3 of those guys so it’s a good problem to have.
@detroitrockcity89 күн бұрын
He’ll get solid development and probably look to make the squad in 2026/2027 at latest.
@SnafuTLGOP9 күн бұрын
I’d rather him move to a corner. I’m guessing rt field with a kid that can hit 100 mph from the mound. Less Wear and tear on his body from playing the corners.
@roygoodhand13017 күн бұрын
Let him mature in the Minors. Let him prove himself at Double-A Erie. If he can help Erie to a three-peat in '25, then he's got a chance. As for Tork, if he can bounce back to what he did in '23, then he'll be okay. Everybody got carried away thinking Tork and Greene were the 21st Century version of Trammell and Whitaker, then Kerry Carpenter comes along, followed by Parker Meadows. Fans expect too much right now. They want to recapture the magic of 2011 to 2014. Look... last year was a fluke. Not winning 86 games, but making the ALDS. That doesn't happen in the Twins don't collapse at the exact same time we get white-hot. I expect about the same win total this year.

I just love what we've seen from Wyatt already and think he is a lock to be a 30/30 player. With Max, I'm not sure about his power, and I get nervous with the PCA comparisons. The 2023 draft was too good to walk away with PCA 2.0 at number 3. Love the videos 👍
