This pumpkin and oatmeal recipe is a treasure! I eat every morning and lose weight!
Recipe 1
1 onion.
vegetable oil.
2 cloves of garlic.

1 pepper
180g baked pumpkin.

5 tbsp oat flakes.
2 eggs.
Salt.

Fry for 2 minutes on each side.

Oatmeal - 200 g.
sweetener - 1 tsp.
Salt - 1/3 tsp.
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
