Hey mate, thanks for the amazing video. You nailed all Q&As I was anxious about with transferring data to the PS5! I just had one last question: let’s say for example that you’ve bought Guardians Of The Galaxy on the PS Store and it says “PS4 and PS5”… does that mean when I download it from my game library that it’ll install the PS5 version automatically or do I have to specify which version I want to install? You can transfer using the cloud im pretty sure as long as you have an active ps plus subscription

If u use the same email and password to SIGN IN u will have the games and everything else u did on the ps4 the only thing that’s not going to be there is the screenshots and the video clips you took on the ps4

You can do a direct transfer by plugging in the two consoles together via ethernet, or you can save the data on to an external usb hard drive and re-download the data back on to the PS5

The only game I'm really worried about is gta5, and there used to be a way to import your data for gta online from either 360 to ps4 or ps3 to xbone. I'm sure they'll have a way to import it from ps4 to xb series consoles.

Absolutely James, some things like the PSN account you can transfer over the air and others, like your actual full games, you're better off transferring via External HDD or LAN cable connection between the PS4 and PS5
