I hate races in BTD6. It's funny concept, but i absolutely hate them just because it costs you monkey money to try multiple times. Thus you basically have no fun doing races and trying strategies, because every time you lose you need to spend those monkey money. And try strategies and see what is work and what is not it is the essence of race. And personally i'm kind of a player who dont want to just copy strategy and have some decent time, but just give it a shot and see what time i can strike on my own. So like... yeah. More annoyance then fun doing them fairly by yourself for casual player.

You can fairly easily grind money by playing easier maps while watching netflix or smth and for ppl who don't want they buy passes which is long term revenue for ninja kiwi who need to make money of updating the game since most ppl who are ever going to play the game already bought it so it's the most user friendly way for them to monetize the game, also it gives money money more purpose after unlocking all heros and skins

Buying bypass - isnt you supposed to by it for every race? And I'm kinda bought the game already, so I dont want to by minigame inside of a game. And again. Only miserable when you are grinding for the top 100. You can get top 1% relatively easily in just a few attempts, by just having a decent enough micro and knowing the correct strategy

Depends on the race/boss. For some he does his own (like with a lot of the challenge/try hard videos) but this race specifically only had one good strategy so he was forced to copy it
