Pour ceux qui n'en ont jamais fait, vous oubliez de dire une chose importante il ne faut absolument pas ouvrir le four pendant la cuisson, sinon les choux vont se dégonfler et vous aurez des choux tout plats. You must not open the oven during cooking, otherwise it will deflate.
