Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp.
Paprika 1 tsp.
Dry garlic 0.5 tsp.
French mustard 1 tbsp. l.
Thyme 2-3 sprigs (0.5 tsp).
Soy sauce 75 ml.
I put it in the oven preheated to 180°C for 1.5 hours.
Garnish:
Rice 3 cups.
Carrot 1 pc.
Pepper 2 pieces (red and yellow).
Garlic 4-5 cloves.
Cream 20% 300 ml.
Chicken and vegetable stock cubes 1 pc.
Hot water 500 ml.
Salt to taste.
Ground black pepper to taste.
I put it in the oven preheated to 180°C for 30 minutes (so that the rice and meat are cooked at the same time).

Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp.
Paprika 0.5 tsp.
Unagi sauce 2 tbsp. l.

Cabbage 200 gr.
Cucumber 1 pc.
Two pieces of pepper

Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp. l.
Salt and pepper for taste.
Recipe 2.
Pork belly 1kg.
Light beer 1 bottle.
I let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Vegetable oil 30 ml.
Onion 2 pcs.
Salt and ground black pepper to taste.
soy sauce 3 tbsp. l.
Honey 1 tsp.
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
sour cream 3-4 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
Dijon mustard 1 tsp.
Salt 1 tsp. .
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp.
Boiled potatoes 6 pcs.
Marinated mushrooms 300 gr.

Ryż -z tego co zobaczyłam- wyszedł Ci ekstra!-miękki, ale nie sklejony. Karkówka też, aż poczułam jej smak😅. Tylko proszę, nie owijaj bezpośrednio w folìę aluminiową, bo to jest szkodliwe. Jesli mogę zasugerować to w rękaw,albo papier do pieczenia a potem folia. Ale ogólnie danie na bardzo dobry. Pozdrawiam❤Jola aus Posen. Ach, jeszcze smakowity boczek!😂 i sałatka z ziemniaków, mniam.
