I had kidney stones twice,sooo painful,l bought a container of super beet powder to use for high blood pressure and circulation,but now I have found out through Google that beets and rhubarb are on the list of things NOT to eat for kidney stones because of the high Oxalate content,I have never heard of Oxalates before,it's healthy for regular folks,but not if your having kidney pain,I didn't know it was in tomatoes either or coffee,tea,soda pop,chocolate also.
