I looked 20 years younger than my age until I got extremely stressed at work, nearly having a nervous breakdown. Within a year, I aged 10 years. So I believe that stress is the killer. This man probably has never had to work in stressful situations. I believe I looked young thanks to healthy food and never drank or smoked.

Relatable. 3x major depression added 20 years to my looks. Yet, the days when i'm happy - the strangers i meet rate my age as if 5-10 years younger. Opposite was also true - is a really stressful work day (harassed by a the manager till i got a nervous breakdown) - and after 10 hours while having the same age related discussion with a guy hired that day - he actually rated my age as 10 years older and shocked about my real age (since a colleague who was 5 year older actually looked younger than me). Stress (or the lack of it) - really shows on the face, hair (gray hair appearing sooner or far sooner - than most at similar age, tho) - and ofc obesity or malnutrition can also have a big saying.

I was aging so fast than my elder brothers and had a lot of health condition. I saved up enough money for a lifetime and retired at 55. My health got better and look much younger now at 64 since I'm very physically active (Biking, basketball, tennis, and gym). In addition. that includes intermittent fasting for 15 hours.... Intermittent fasting is a waste of time. I eat 3 Square meals a day. Always have always will and I'm 60 years old. And look better than 99% of men my age. This guy in the video is an Asian. Most of them have baby skins. It's a genetic thing. But it's not what you look like outside. It's what's going on inside.

I have followed his way of living life. I will implement his diet into my diet. I have been training since I was 9 for every single day. I'm 31 now. I have been a sub-3 marathon runner, a sub-10 Ironman and a lifelong Muay Thai veteran. I have been a vegetarian for 5 years and I haven't worked since I'm a landlord renting out 15 condominiums in Bangkok. I travel to 2-4 countries in a year. I think not stressing, training a lot, eating healthy food, and staying away from all alcohol, sugar and cigarettes at all times are essential.

My grand-uncle is now 91, he smoked a few cigarettes a day for 70 years until about 10 years ago, and drank a few drinks daily until last October 2023. He always went to church since he was very little. Never drove, always walked and lived alone until October of last year. Was and is never mean or stressed about anything. He still has great memory skills to this day. Although he has developed cancer of the lungs, he doesn't feel it, he isn't stressed about it. He says: ''Let nature take its course'' We call him : ''Uncle George, The Lounge King''. I think stress is the ultimate killer.

Embrace the journey, eat 70% good food and the other 30% eat what you love including junk food to stay motivated for long term Start light, plenty of amazing workout on KZbin to get back into it Look into dancing workouts, they’re excellent cardio and you may even be able to convince your partner to dance with you! Could be a great bond Take it light to start but ramp up over the weeks, always warm up the muscles you’ll be using! Yoga or stretching at night before bed is an excellent way to wind down, loosen up, and It’ll make you tired My mom just turned 58 and has been sedentary but she’s making it her mission to put down wine and to get back into exercise, and just two weeks in she’s already down a couple pounds! Everyone, just to let you know he has a wife for long time now. So his good looks has nothing to do with being single or not, but with the fact that he follows a healthy discipline since he was young. Also to have a good understanding partner who lets you have time for yourself to do things you like and makes you happy is the secret of success. Is not to late to start everyone, good luck 🤞

I NEVER eat anything which require mankind to be put together. Thus I avoid sugar, bread, pasta, white flour, sweets, etc. b).I do fast walking between 90 minutes and 120 minutes daily c). I have sold my car and go everywhere on foot. I do not use public transport or any kind of transport unless I have a heavy load to carry, d).I do 30 minutes strength training daily using my body weight. However, it's now been known for about a Couple of Decades that a person's Genetics / Family history only determines a person's Genetics and Family history Predisposition to certain illnesses by Only about 15% - 20%, at Most ! The other 80% -85% is mostly based upon Epigenetics .i.e our Daily choices in Diet, Lifestyle habits & vices, Amount of Stress , Exercise, Environmental exposures, ...etc. These changes can affect & alter ( positively or negatively ) Gene expression, Mental & Physical development, Aging, and Overall health, fundamentally. Therefore, Individually, we Actually have Massive control & influence in the Direction of Our health on regular basis. The stress factor is so true. Before the pandemic, people always thought I was approaching 30 instead of 40. During the height of the pandemic, I remember looking in the mirror one morning and seeing all these deepened lines that hadn't been as prominent before. It was as if I had aged overnight... After that, I didn't watch the news anymore and tried to avoid all the fear-mongering, but the damage was done, unfortunately. So yes, avoid stress as much as possible - it literally ages you.

This conforms closely to a very low, Advanced Glycation End-products (AGEs) diet. With the exception of how the chicken breast is cooked, the balsamic vinegar can help, but better is cooking in a little water, or steaming. It takes skill to make it come out acceptable. It helps to flatten it with a mallet first and turn at exactly the right time. Also, if you want to use balsamic vinegar, you should test it for lead...that is not part of low AGEs, but lead can accelerate aging especially in the cardiovascular system. Alternatively, I hear pomegranate vinegar has a similar taste. Scrabbling eggs or boiling them is better than poached. Sauces often have AGEs, however not all sauces are guilty. Acidic sauces usually have much lower AGEs. In fact, mustard is the only food tested, that I have seen, with 0 AGEs. Though, I suspect if they tested vinegar, they would also be 0. The author of this apparently does not realize that honey is sugar. I suspect this guy has a very good ear for listening to his body, and very good intuition.

Oh man, I'm so very grateful for this vid proving me that I've been doing things right. I've been sugar and meat-free for over 20 years, and processed food has always been out of sight. My 6 am. breakfast is a bit weird indeed, but I happily share it should anyone want to try; firstly 1 cup of bio matcha, secondly 1 bowl of fruits (2 small UNPEELED kiwis + 1 orange, all of them diced, then mixed with a handful of pomegranate arils + berries and soaked in the juice of 1 lemon. Thirdly comes the overnight oats "superbowl": 3 tablespoons of oats, 1 tbs. cashews, 2 tbs. chia, 10 macadamia nuts, 2 tbs. pumpkin seeds, 1 tbs. brewer's yeast, 2 tbs. peeled almonds, 1 tbs. goji berries, 2 brazil nuts, 1 teaspoon black maca powder, 2 tbs. sunflower seeds and 1 heaping tbs. non-alkalized raw cocoa powder + cinnamon, ALL these ingredients grinded in the coffee grinder and giving as a result a sort of thick flour which I then mix with 2 raw omega-3 enriched egg yolks, 2 tbs. honey and some vegetal milk. All this stuff is then very thoroughly stirred and left to rest in the fridge for some 12 hours. BTW intermittent fasting is the way to go indeed. Edit: Damn, I almost forgot: I also add 1 tbs. of extra virgin avocado oil to the mixture, but this is purely optional.

Lot more people like this than people think. I am starting to think it's an evolutionary thing. Once you get into your 50s, its more about gut health, eating light, protein intake, and lots and lots of exercise and lots of mobility exercises, like burpees, navy seal pushups, and other stretching exercises, etc. Bulk over winter, and trim down in summer, but that gets harder each year so this is the last year I am doing it and have already started trimming down. 40-65 isn't old. It's a man's prime as you get the best of all... you still get to look somewhat young, still be somewhat in shape, and have the wisdom to have fun with it and avoid all the stupid mistakes you made when you were younger... I am 58.

I never thought that what I've been doing since my youth was what would make me maintain my youth, for no reason and any knowledge I've been doing this things right, and everything is true, I'm 40y and nobody believes I'm that age, everything is true, I don't destroy my life with alcohol or junk food and work out is what I love to do and almost never have visited a doctor in my entire life, never feeling sick and that's awesome 👍

His diet is the main key. Cut the gluten, milk, alcohool, carbs, you'll feel the difference in the very first week. A cetogenic diet is really good. Then add some exercise that you enjoy + sleeping well (melatonin helps) = clean guts that makes all the diference on how your body works.

I'm 51 but everything thinks I'm in my late 20's early 30's. I have never done any of this stuff. Of course my mom always looked a lot younger also. She use to be a nurse in a nursing home and some of the residents use to say to her, wait until you're my age. My mom was older than them, lol.

Low body fat is key for his look. You can see he’s not that big. Just really cut. And he has good skin plus good genetics. He probably has been taking care of his skin for a long time.

No, you will DIE forever. Not having kids means that you commit a genetic suicide, your bloodline will come to an end. As in forever. Also you can have children and still enjoy good sleep, exercise and food if you arrange matters in such way that you participate somewhat but mostly your wife/girlfriend, your families and, perhaps, hired nannies take care of the kids in their earlier years. If anything, having tiny joyful copies of yourself running around the house ill make you younger. Also, for you to have all this fun and youth, your parents had to sacrifice their time and health to raise you and in turn their parents did the same. So the selfish you owes the Universe raising at least one child yourself.

@@linoserina5515 You have to be rich enough to where you don't need a job that takes up so many hours in your day to where you don't have time to take care of your body. You only have time to think about making money. You come tired from working every day and don't have easy access to places that sell NUTRITIOUS FOOD and a gym and the breaks from work that let you eat when you want and what you want and you aren't required to sit all day at a desk and get fat and sick because you aren't allowed to get up and move around or work out. That's why people get fat, because they have desk jobs.

@@linoserina5515 Stress is a killer along with inflammation. Being rich and not having a job certainly helps with stress. Diet and exercise is also easier when you have the funds to eat really healthy and have time for exercise and personal trainers.

@@crand20033 Before I retired I used to be an electrical engineer. My hours were long and often times 6 days a week when I worked in Silicon Valley. But I still ate good food by eating at home. I ate out maybe once week for dinner. I didn't eat hamburgers and fries for lunch. There are healthier foods available. I made time for exercising when I got home. I didn't watch TV or play movies on a DVD player or now days it's streaming. I just didn't use a TV much at all. Even now when in my retirement I turn on the TV maybe once a week for a couple of hours. It's about how much desire you have to improve yourself and what you'll give up to achieve personal goals.

@crand20033 I have a desk job but make the time to get 5 to 10 steps per day. I'm not fat, but I was. You have to make time the time if you want to be healthy. Working out produces endorphins, making you happy. Also eggs, chicken, rice, oats and lettuce aren't expensive.
