The funny thing is Alpharad mentioned in a livestream that he once talked with Toby Fox about getting licenses for one of his songs. Because he used one in particular for sponsored videos. Toby Fox responded “well, the compositions are all online, and the tools I used to make them are public domain. So you can just…say that you made a 1 to 1 recreation.” So who is to say that Frost Prime didn’t also ‘make’ his own 1 to 1 recreation. We will never know.
