9:21 how it works is that it starts slow at first (as if you actually had mutant spider) but around when you hit 2.50 tears or so it starts going up as if you didn't have mutant spider at all. this lets you get up to the normal soft cap of 5 tears it's why i always prioritize tears ups over damage ups whenever i play t. keeper

Yeah It’s to prevent gamebreaking things like that crashing isaac and stuff Similar to when you shoot too many parasite tears and they seem to just “poof” out of existence
