This looks like a risotto that I could actually make at home. It looks delicious and might be a good meal prep for lunch at work!

Look I'm not usually one to question Noah but I've definitely made good to great batches of risotto before by dumping in all my stock at the beginning and stirring like once every three minutes. If you use an enameled dutch over you hardly get any sticking and you don't have to stir for 40 minutes straight. Give it a shot

Always down to question the rules I never tested!

Sounds like a cooked just-to-shy congee technique to produce similar risotto feels. Def not mad at that. 🌐✌

I love the occasional random glimpses of Iliza just chillen in the background 😂 like looking at a picture you took on a hike and seeing there was a deer in the background

You know it's a good marinade when you taste it and do the pucker face.

Fully convinced that this is an April Fools video, because no parent of a newborn and another small child has the time to stir risotto non-stop.

They have almost round the clock childcare help, from what I've picked up listening to Iliza's podcast

We do have childcare. There’s also preschool. The truth is that these videos ALL take a decent chunk of time. I love making them and I’m committed to building the time in my schedule to make them consistently and release one every Monday.

I am always deeply touched by how much people care about my wife, and amazed that people by extension buy my books and sometimes watch this show. But I am simultaneously always moved slightly off balance by the public nature of a personal life that is otherwise pretty private outside of food-based content.

@@dontpanicpantry I appreciate your videos a lot, and hope my attempt at humor didn’t completely miss the mark. I should leave that to the professionals. Please let me know if you would like me to delete the comment. I have nothing but admiration for the way you balance everything.

No no! No offense at all. I honestly appreciate all the feedback and any comments at all. Sorry if my response came back as offense. I was mostly thinking about the larger Iliza universe and podcast listening in conjunction with me making food videos and all
