Nice review, Shhhh🤫:) We have come here for 3 years in a row and find the sites are very spacious, the staff professional and the entire campground is well maintained, including the seasonal sites. We have stayed early spring and mid summer and have found it to be a very peaceful campground. The patio/premium sites are at the higher end of what we normally spend considering a more rural location but you get what you pay for so no complaints in that regard, overall a good value with 3 pricing options to suit your needs. We will be back✌🏼

We were there the same weekend as you guys.... actually 4 sites down from you. This was our second time there. Beautiful campground and well kept as you stated. They were very accommodating as we decided to stay an extra night and it was no problem. Our maiden voyage for the season (to get the kinks out and make sure everything is working as it should) only 1 hour from home. Will definitely go back but won't wait 3 years next time.

We have camped at Stonybrook and liked it very much! It had Immaculate bathrooms and it had a beautiful pool. We were in the very back with a premium site. It was super quiet when we were there so maybe you were just near a noisy group. Can’t wait for your retirement so we can get more campground reviews!

Hey guys sorry we missed you that weekend. It’s our favorite weekend getaway. Just to follow up on your comment on the gravel, they actually water down the gravel roads frequently to keep the dust down. Can’t say enough great things about the owners and staff!

This is the kind of campground I would come too. It’s clean and a lot of things do. Matt would the pickle ball court lol! Ya the dusty roads I agree kick up a lot of dirt. The price is pretty reasonable too! Not bad at all. Glad they take dogs. Love your dogs and I hope they are doing good with their health. That’s like a fun thing a Mother’s Day breakfast. If you ever get to Lancaster County Pennsylvania on route 30, there is a place called Dutch Wonderland. It is a family amusement park, mainly designed for kids and grandkids. Adjacent to it is the old Millstream campground. Just a plain campground nothing fancy but it sits along a river or stream. A little noisy because of the roller coaster next door, but well worth it if you’re taking your kids/grandkids to Dutch Wonderland.

You'll hate dust when you get your diesel pusher, wait till you get to change the air filter after sucking up the dust, at 250 a filter, resorts, concrete roads and spots should be standard.

May I ask for a comment on another item? Whether the “Resort” has any pull thru sites. We sometimes want to hook up night before if we have a long trip ahead. Yes, seems strange if a resort.

Great review guy! Our favorite campground in Eastern PA is Otter Lake but we will have to look into this one also. How was the road access to the campground? Towing a 5th wheel it is always a concern when there are country roads. Again great review and pricing seems about the norm now a days.

Looks like a great campground!!! I know that it bothers you guys, but I understand why they have breed restrictions. But, I do agree, it’s usually the ankle biter dogs that are the worst !!! Gravel roadways definitely makes it more dusty. That price seems very reasonable for what you get, especially during one of their events !!

I will admit, we are glampers not campers. We like paved roads and concrete level site pads. If I have to drive thru mud, I will be going through some real 'Trauma'. lol.. I think the term "Resort" is way overused.

I don't think breed restriction should be a deal breaker for a resort. As someone who has downsized as I have aged, golden retriever, beagle, now 14 lb mutt, not everyone is as responsible a dog owner as you are. Yes, the morons have ruined it for you. Not the campgrounds. I personally saw a friend's mini poodle get mauled to death by a pit bull. I lost count how many times I had to yank my dog off the ground by her harness due to a charging , loose, big dog. And this all happened at home! "Ankle biters" can be annoying due to bad owners, too. But they don't kill.
