I have the sealtech test done every year at my local dealer. It's worth the piece of mind for the small cost. Every year they find at least one bubbling leak. My service guy says it's from the constant movement on the roads.

I had no idea this existed until this video. What a Great thing. I am so careful when sealing the windows and joints, but RVs have so dang many of them. I'm definitely going to find somewhere to get this done.

On your clearance lights put sealant in the screw holes before putting in the screws.

I had the pleasure of watching my previous RV being built for 3 days at the Tiffin Wayfarer factory. They used the same positive pressure and soapy water test to check for leaks. Was awesome to watch the test and know that's what they did to ensure quality at the factory.

The incandescent bulb in the marker lights is cooking it over time, LED will really help with longevity

We had them cover the skylight….best decision we made. Keeps the heat out in the summer and heat in in the winter.

I fixed our RV black tank odor while flushing... Added an inline 12VDC fan to the Black tank roof vent pipe behind my spice cabinet that turns on when the toilet flush pedal is just depressed and turns off whne the flush pedal is released. The fan creates negative pressure in the black tank so air flows downward when the flush valve is open instead of the nasty smells rising into the bathroom. A magnetic switch senses the foot pedal position.

Quick tip here. Turn the fans on your A/C units to high. Close all the windows, doors and vents. Spray a mixture of Dawn and water on all of your suspected leaking seals. You will see the same bubbles as they were seeing.

We had the flex armor put on and now our furnace and security light do not work. Our mechanic is researching because he believes they hit some wires in the roof on reinstall. Also, our awning does not work properly.
