4. 1 fresh cucumber.
For the nut dressing:
5. 100 gr. roasted cashews.
6. Water to soak the nuts.

8. Salt to taste.
9. Ground pepper to taste.
10. Half the juice of a lemon.
11. 120 gr. water.
12. Half a teaspoon of black and white sesame seeds for sprinkling.
