This simple EGG recipe will blow your taste bud 🥚

The simplest recipe is sometimes the best, try this at home and you'll know what I mean ❤️
[ Clam and Mushroom Steam Egg Recipe ]
--------------------- INGREDIENTS ---------------------
🥚 2 Eggs (Mine was 100ml)
🥚 10 Clams
🥚 1 Sheet of Seaweed (To Crush)
🥚 2 Shiitake Mushroom
🥚 1/2 Stalk Spring Onion
🥚 300ml Bonito Stock (1 : 3 ratio based on Egg)
🥚 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
🥚 1/2 Tsp of Salt
🥚 150ml of Water
🥚 1 Tbsp Rice Wine
🥚 2 Tbsp Corn Starch Mixture
--------------------- INSTRUCTIONS -------------------
1. Chop Spring Onion
2. Slice Mushroom
3. Crack and beat the eggs
4. Add bonito stock with soy sauce and salt to mix with egg mixture
5. Mix the Egg mixture well then sieve into a bowl
6. Steam the egg mixture with chopstick before closing lid
7. Add water into pan to bring to boil
8. Add clams to cook
9. Remove clams with open shells
10. Add rice wine, soy sauce and salt into pan
11. Cook mushroom
12. Add crushed seaweed and corn starch mixture
13. Remove from heat and pour onto steam egg
14. Garnish with Spring Onion
