I was moved by the idea that kindness and kinship are interconnected-every act of care strengthens our connection to the world. This video highlights how compassion not only enhances our relationships but also awakens a sense of unity with everything around us. It’s a powerful reminder that love and kindness aren’t just acts but pathways to understanding our purpose.

Yes! As the Dalai Lama said so long ago, "Kindness is my religion." Very powerful yet so under-rated in this chaotic realm. Namaste

AN amazing talk ; I have much ground to cover, and work to do , but will take small steps and keep thinking about all of this.

Mark Nepo speaks so beautifully about living our lives. I especially appreciated connecting with the Current of our lives to actually live our lives. I have have been attempting to do this - Flowing. Such a wonderful, wise teacher. Thank you so much for this. Namaste

"Next time is next time. Now is now." The above quote is from a brilliantly portrayed character from one of the best films in a long time, "Perfect Days".

Magnificent advice that we can't put a price on❣Although, I am caring & thoughtful in every curcumstance that is before me, I want to be of service to others such as spending time with (forgotten) seniors to aid in better quality of life is where my heart is. I know I need to get the heck out of my mind by taking action* I am willing to step out of my comfort zone by going forward one step @ a time, making more calls to community outreach services is where to begin again... Love & light to all my interconnected brothers & sisters from BC Canada 💞💖💕

Stepping into the person you fear becoming can be one of the most liberating journeys of your life. Often, the fears we hold are rooted in our insecurities and limiting beliefs. Embrace these fears as indicators of the potential growth that lies ahead. Challenge yourself to take small steps outside your comfort zone, allowing courage to replace hesitation. Each time you confront what scares you, you expand your capacity for greatness and unlock new opportunities. Remember, the person you aspire to be is already within you, waiting to be discovered. Embrace the journey of becoming, and watch as your fears transform into your greatest strengths.

Suggestion: That job-interview/dog-chase story should end with the guy getting rejected because he was late to the interview for rescuing the dog, but then he winds up getting the job because the dog he saved belonged to the grateful CEOs granddaughter. Boom. Hollywood ending. Everyone is happy. Katrina and the Waves' "Walking on Sunshine" plays as the credits roll, and the thoughtful, considerate people throw away their empty popcorn bags and cups saving work for the theatre attendants.

The video started out great. Lose the music. If your video isn’t good enough to be enjoyed without the dramatic music then wtf are you even posting.

Totally agree... so loose the drama musi ! I stooped the video after 1 min and unsubs ribed!

I’ll go ahead and counter this with the opposite belief. If it weren’t for the music, I’d just listen to a podcast. Music adds to the experience. Hence why every film uses music, even films with the greatest actors in the world.
