My Dad cooked this up on our last trip to Coffin Bay National Park. IT WAS THE BEST STEW IVE EVER HAD! I bought him your first 2 cooking books for father's Day and he absolutely loves them. Quick easy meals just need to write down how many people each recipe cooks for as it's a bit of a guessing game he says

Simon cracks me up with his comments. You boys are the best. Now I would love to buy your cook book but I don’t go camping and I was wondering if it would be the same cooking in the oven.could you let me know please. Cheers 👍

G'day Linda -- Plenty of people are using ovens or grills to accomplish the same thing. There aren't oven temps in the books, I don't think, but he does give an idea of how hot the coals should be. So you can make an educated guess and just keep an eye on them like you would if it was over the fire! Cheers, Team All4Adventure
