She is AIR-1 in my opinion.If she had achieved good marks in interview (at least 170+ which is a big OK , considering his personality & Communication skill) she would have definitely made into top-5 or maybe AIR-1 also.I don't know how a candidate with such calibre got so less marks in interview.
