Love your videos, dude! Been watching for a while and don’t miss an upload. Me and a few buddies of mine went on a 3 day fishing trip this past weekend, and a friend of mine caught a 26 inch, 15 1/2 inches around, 12 lb brown trout. Try using a Y shaped stringer, use the base and stick it into the ground, then gradually fill out the remaining Y, [top] with your catch. Here in Eastern Canada we call them "skivers'.

Nice video, once again. I was under the impression that hatcheries will always snip the adipose fin (the small fin on the spinal line between the tail and the dorsal fin. That one at the end (nice frikken fish!) Had it's adipose fin, so I'd reckon it's a wild trout.

Hatchery fish are have the top of their back fin clipped. that last one looked native in video. take notice in the future for clipped fins.

There is something I've been wondering and since you have the relevant catch and cook. What do you do with the cooking oil after you fry up the fish? Do you just wait long enough for the oil to go back into the plastic bottle/jar you took it there in? I would imagine you have to wait a long while before putting it in the jar because if you don't it will burn through the plastic and make a big hole
