1 Rib-eye steak
1 tbsp Butter
MARINADE:
1 tsp Ground ginger
1/8 cup Honey
1/8 cup Soy sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tbsp Brown sugar
Pinch of Garlic powder

@@EssenRecipes Just 'Woody' will do. 😆 I failed to mention that I was once in Vlaardingen, a district of Rotterdam, and my host took me into a local bar where we had steaks. The owner said that he marinated his steaks in a mix of Worcestershire sauce and olive oil, which is nice and we've used here since. However, I might try your version in future. Thank you.

That’s so true. So many kids live off fast food when home cooked meals, especially from a farm, is so much better for them. I didn’t have McDonalds for the first time until I was 10-11 years old. My mom cooked. Nowadays as soon as a kid sprouts a tooth they are given fast food fries. Shame.

Cream cheese: add 6 tablespoons lemon juice to 2 liters full fat milk, while boiling on stove. Remove. Drain through sieve. Keep the chunky cream cheese. You can add to potatoes.
