I've been putting one or two in my list testing and I like it. And going first allows you to evolve first but going second you can attack and play supporters so it's up to the deck

My brother in Christ you’re on some 5 head shit with that Bianca devotion, also to answer your question, if your deck needs to set up, then it’s a going first deck (examples: Raging bolt, terrapagos, Charizard) if you trying to boom straight out the gate then go second, decks like ceruledge EX etc

you should just play penny instead of bianca, that way it negates any dame not just when you have 30 or less
