I am definitely guilty of this. Don't make the same mistake as I have for years and become too complacent with your work it's important to push yourself outside your comfort zone to really learn some new things!

I just found a new gold mine. Thank you scott! definitely need to grab my pen and paper and consume your videos. A lot has changed since I last learned steadily from KZbin. Will surely recommend as well!

Scott, you are absolutely right, I have been using After effects since version CS5 did many basic motion graphics projects, but never really learnt indepth motion design and animation at a level where it is so intricate to detail. I have been following some of your content and I am excited to further refresh my skills by taking your advice and watching some of your teaching material. You really have made me think further about my weak side of applied after effects skills. Thank you Scott . I will continue to follow you. Much Appreciated !!!

can you make tutorial about gradiant mesh in illustrator and importing the shapes from AI to after effect, i try this many time but it seems to be not working, it dosn't appear in after effect just the regular gradiant will work, and i try the text layer also when i convert it from ai it dosn't work but in ps to ae it work just fine, thank you

The plugin Overlord will help with this. As far as I know, Illustrator gradients don't convert correctly if you make them shape layers in AE. Also AI text can't be converted to layers in AE annoyingly, that's where Overlord can be super handy.
