about 15 years ago I pawned a Rolex Sub stainless and gold Blue/blue and the shop opened the back to see if the jewels were still in it. they were and it was all good.

3 yrs after we moved to Florida from N.C. my dad took me and my older brother out on a drift boat for the first time. I was 13 yrs old a guy hooked a bonita and tangled 4 of us. As I was walking down to get undone I got nailed. The mate came jumping over the benches with his plyers out cutting everyone's line. The guy said hey I had a fish on the mate told him screw that bonita this kid has a prize fish get behind the bench. So for an hr and a half I fought him until the mate could get a gaff in it. It took both mates to get it over the side. A 52 lb. Wahoo it was a jr. class rec. The city of pompano bch sent me a citation for it. Since I was only 13 I couldn't win the pot. Sorry for the long story my dad and brother have both passed it was a good memory.

AWESOME ! , wow that's the watch you really want, remember that video where prince was trying to pressure you into buying that blue Rolex, you really didn't want that model he had at the time but he made you pause and almost think about getting the blue Rolex, even after you told him 3 times you really wanted the sub mariner one, but he still was trying to eat your mind into buying one you didn't want , thats one of the reasons i dont care for prnce too much at all , I was glad you stuck to your guns and didn't buy it , then I commented that it was good that you didn't buy it and that the one you really wanted might just walk through you front door ,and look at this it did ! , I hope that it works out for you that you can buy it from that guy or make some kind of deal to get the sub-mariner ! ,God bless , and good luck , p.s. my step dad told me a word of wisdom one day and it went like this ,"GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT", and I always try too apply that word of wisdom throughout my journey down that road of life !! 😊

...I bought one of them in 1975, for $650 Cdn. A $10 Timex kept better time. The clasp would always pop open when I went on a dive. I'm amazed I didn't lose it. Junk for posers.
