Clutter can lead to increased depression, but some times the clutter comes from a serious heart break that causes depression, i lost my mother when i was 21, i just worked, went home, slept and went to work, and the clutter grew and i just gave up with it and just carried on as a null of a person, then i had someone(i owe my life to them) pulled me from that, lifted me and helped me back to me. I cant thank them enough, jay what you have done is undescribable. More than hats off my dude. Breaks me not having him around but you learn to keep your chin up, fight those dark times. Dont be afraid to talk. Its the best kind of therapy. You aint alone mate.
