@@Diddyyyyyyyyybut now you are hard stuck not sitting much higher cuz you can’t communicate plays with your team. Better option is stay in chat from. The start and communicate teamwork. If they flame, then just mute but to mute from the start is just dumb, my team has lost countless games because its radio silence til the literal defeat screen then the dipshits get in voice chat and talk crap instead of trying to positively communicate during the game.😂😂😂

I think its always interesting to see chars whose value doesnt always show on the stats. Ball, Zen, Illari, Mei, etc. Although, its also usually those that get blamed the most when a team is failing.

Zen is easy. They are trading healing and survivability for damage. It's quite easy to see if they are getting value. With how easy it is to los discord it's quite easy to get low value on zen.

overwatch needs the ability for everyone to see advanced stats on the match. Like for people to see how much damage amplified from zen/mercy/Juno or healing blocked by ana. Maybe people would be less toxic towards people who's contribution isnt properly displayed

You can tell when a zen is using discord well though due to them having a lot of assists. It's about how you can extrapolate from the info shown.

I would like to see a "healing received" stat, but just for my own personal curiosity. It would actually probably add more toxicity if anything. But honestly for Zen amp damage specifically, it's almost never going to be a number large enough to help dissuade toxicity. It doesn't show the importance of that damage in causing a kill which snowballs the entire fight. And even then, people will be willfully ignorant and angry because it's in their nature.

Honestly if they like Moira and Brig more, id abandon playing as Zen, the play styles/habits cannibalize each other. I'd play Lifeweaver, or Kiri if you wanna play something with range but still have survivability

I have found zen is completely capable of carrying a team especially with kills if your other support is more healing based. You dont even need dps

One of the biggest mistakes I see out of Zen players is not having your orb of harmony on somebody at all times, it is free and there is no reason not to have it on some target idly even if there is no fight going on.

also leaving on one person all the time - if you see a dps pushing pre-orb them, if you see their outline rushing back from an engage try to position for orb (one quick peek is ~7s heals), be aware that your heal rate is basically useless for a tank that's doing anything other than idling in cover.. it only takes a sec to adjust orb but it provides so much value and surprisingly good healing output provided you can keep it actually healing someone.

Yeah nah i just act like my teammates are dumbies who know absolutely nothing when i play zen in plat. My win percent on zen is 64% and rising. I am beyond giving a crap if a tank wants to cry about heals while i have 10k dmg and over 30 assists with 3k dmg amped. I get good ults so i always end up with the same or higher healing numbers than my other support anyways. I just vibe and laugh at their insults. They will either get more upset that you don't care or they'll realize they are being unreasonable and shut up. Regardless, it's one game. One lose or one game with teammates who have sour moods wont make or break your ranking. Just do what you do and move on.

Combining PS and Xbox I got at the least 500 hours on him in comp. Am I wrong? Hommie didn't even try to bank to cover. My stomach dropped when they didn't even subconsciously drift in one direction lol actually gave me anxiety haha.

And, normally, a mess up would be a "tch, ah! you fucked up". But, this was like "What? What's happening??" You ever have a controller (maybe this happens with wireless M&K?) disconnect, but your character is still moving in game while you are trying to change direction? Then, after a second or two, the notification to reconnect or that it's disconnected appears on screen? Hyper specific, but that's what it was. But, knowing someone is just not even reacting... on the subconscious "run from danger" level. Haha

That person has greatness in the future. Awesome zen play and had fun with him in bad association mode. Yeah if you want to win you need to stack. You did great with early pings but need more. Look up position holding spots and play the game like it's not fun anymore and work as a perfect team. The only thing holding you back is communication and team feedback. 8/10

No offense but like I play Zen just as well as this guy prolly with similar positioning which I am working on. But I am in Silver 2 to Gold 5 each year. This is why the MMR are not really great because once you get to gold you have to play as a stack to pass it otherwise you just de-rank or get stuck in gold. sucks.

Honestly i agree, maybe some people pass it but when I played with frieds we were litearlly having fun and I was gold 1 tank almost plat but we kinda stoped and i continued to play and i am still around gold but it is so much harder to play solo q. I mean it is not impossible but the amount of troll teammates i get is is crazy. Other day i got 2 bronzes on my team somehow idk how that is possible
