Say butcher, I got one of those vacuum marinade containers, I've used them McCormick Mesquite spice packs with the olive oil vinegar and I put it in the vacuum for chuck eye steak and it is great.

How’s the connectivity on it? Which one did you get? I’m sure yours are fine and work how you like them to. I went ahead and spent the extra few bucks because these are dishwasher safe, can handle ambient temps of up to 900°+, and have much better connectivity because they don’t use Bluetooth. 3 year warranty on the wireless probes and 10 years on the instant read.
