MDMotivator AKA Zachary Dereniowski is a TikTok and social media influencer who has blown up recently for his viral videos where he offers money and support to random members of the public. He often poses as someone needing help and in return for receiving a favour from a kind stranger, immediately rewards them for being a good Samaritan. Piers Morgan came across his videos and wanted to interview him to spread the word on what he thinks is an 'amazing thing' Zachary is doing. Zach goes on to explain what made him start doing these videos before Piers surprises him with his own act of kindness at the end of the interview...

To spend a day assisting a person to achieve these things would be worth more even if it were a $6k Honda civic and a grocery store position. Help him reestablish credit and a home or room to rent.

Sort of like the pay-it-forward idea, only amplified, thanks to the broad reach of social media. Of course he profits off these videos.
