Giles, i cannot thank you enough for the videos. I've learned so much of what to do but also what NOT to do. I live in the Midwest in the US, so it's winter right now, so I'm stuck in the garage doing drills, but i can already 100% tell the difference. My shallowing has improved and my ball striking is 1000% more consistent. Thank you!!!!!

It’s my pleasure! It’s great to hear that you’re improving even in the cold winter! Hopefully this is going to move you one step closer to an amazing summer of golf!

Excellent job Giles on explaining and demonstrating the trail shoulder move in the golf swing! I have been working on getting my shoulder "down and around" and it does make hitting irons and driver a lot easier! I like the club on the shoulder and club on the hip drill to visualize the move! Well Done Giles!

Imagining there's a little clubface on the front of my trial/right shoulder, and than trying to beat/race the actual clubface to the ball with this shoulder club face has worked great for me as a swing thought.

Love that swing thought!

Hi Giles, I struggle with this exact move, tending to let my head move off the ball and towards my heels, with some early extension…what should I focus on to avoid this ?
@ghh4366Күн бұрын
Forgot to add I also seem to have a very high left shoulder and struggle with compression
@GilesgillgolfКүн бұрын
There will be a root cause fault why you’re earlier extending. Poor clubface, poor posture, poor depth, etc
