Seriously, Naomi is the most authentic "influencer" of all. I watch a lot of KZbin and I am definitely not a part of what you might think is her target audience (white male, 62, a bit fancy and from Pennsylvania), but I am a huge fan of her. Her openess and non-filtered thoughts are such a fresh part of KZbin. Really, if I had a young daughter, I'd tell her to watch Naomi and see what a real, successful woman can be. Im actually looking for a therapist that specializes in dreams so that I can try and figure out why I'm having such bad intense dreams and how i can stop. Maybe you can't tolerate caffeine? When I was younger, I rarely drank cola or coffee. I was able to fall asleep easily, but I dreamed really scary, chaotic things. Now I drink coffee more often, but mostly in the morning and I no longer have nightmares. But if I drink coffee too late, I feel completely rushed in my dreams and I wake up exhausted and weak. I now dream, for example, that I have to go to the toilet, but every time I have found a possible place, something stupid happens, for example the toilet overflows or a whole travel group enters the room through a door that I hadn't noticed before. This can also be quite annoying, especially when you have to get up and function in the morning and feel like you've wasted all your day's energy looking for the toilet that night. But at least noone dies or is hurt.

I have extremely bizarre and vivid dreams almost every night, they would be considered nightmares by most but during the dreams I am usually completely unbothered. As for a funny dream, Superman and I were sent to jail but the cells had no ceiling so he could fly out, I begged him to bust me out of jail too but when he came over he stole my wallet and flew off, naturally I vowed revenge so in order to achieve this I became a wildly successful sweets manufacturer, then as I gained a global monopoly over all sweet production I switched all sweets to liquorice based sweets. The people were so upset they implored Superman to do something about it and he came to my factory to have a stern word with me, I then pushed him into a vat of liquorice which somehow killed him. 😊

mightmares are there to shake us up and make us feel our supressed fears , so the fear of sleep is the fear of nightmares and the fear of fear. personally i watch the parts of naomis videos that i find that funniest right before bed and laugh alot , ** ESPECIALLY AT ALL THE JOKES AND FARTS 🤣🤣🤣🤣then the fear isnt so scary . if you can laugh away terror its life chnaging. xx

Anyone suffering with this may consider looking into Prazosin for nightmares!! It's a blood pressure medication (which must be prescribed) that can be used off-label to treat nightmares. It's helped me a lot!

As someone who never does makeup and had to put on eyeliner and mascara for the first time in her life for a cosplay last week, I am stunned, shocked, awestruck by how you fast you slapped on that perfect eyeline. Please no matter what! Never ever ever get rid of your dolls!! Never ask anyone to look after them for you and keep them in a safe place! I lost all my original Barbies from the 80s because of a flood in my dads basement and u know what? It fcuking scared me mentally! I could never get past the resentment I felt, that my dad who knew just how doll crazy I was would be so careless to put them in his tiny basement which always flooded, when he had 2 guest rooms and a whole attic the size of the house, it could literally be an apartment on its own!!! The only thing that cured me was buying my collection back (plus a few more lol including a special edition Cleo de Nile!) And I'm old and I don't care, to me they are art and the heart of my inner child! Hey, so if u don't mind me saying, have you been to see a dermatologist? there's lots of new treatments out there. Or you can check out youtuber James Welsh, his channel is all about skin care! Even so, I still managed to rip my nose apart cos my glasses gave me blister white head spots plus i have rosacea and sensitive skin. So instead of treating it gently n using my lovely creams I now have a big brown rubbery scab on the whole of the left side of my nose!! Good luck little vamp! You'll be alright! x

I didn't have almost any dreams for closer to 20 years and I just thought it was a weird quirk of mine... Turns out I've had a complete iron deficiency my whole adult life🙃once I started fixing that and my ferritin level = iron storage started to go up (should be over hundred to be optimal), I suddenly last December had a very vivid dream one night. And then they just kept coming every single night!! It's been wild lol. And it makes sense; iron deficiency, among other vitamin deficiencies, affect your brain, cognitive function, serotonin production and so much more. Turns out I wasn't actually 'just' stubbornly a brain fogged, anxious, dreamless, and depressed personality my whole adult life... Bish was just totally iron deficient. SO, uh. Go get your vitamins checked if you struggle with this sort of stuff? Especially Iron, ferritin, B12, and D. Might genuinely change you life or smtn

So I tried to do some research on the cat dream and this seemed like the most possibly accurate message: "Seeing an injured cat in your dreams might symbolize feelings of vulnerability, fear, or a need for nurturing and care. Oh my god I related to the dream part so much. Besides the fact I always have insane dreams with seriously flashed out stories, crazy architecture, and extremely intense feelings, I have a bunny and a pet hedgehog and I am CONSTANTLY plagued by horrible thoughts and nightmares about something awful happening to them because they're so small and fragile and I love them so much.
