This Twitter Influencer Runs an Advisory in the Name of Other Research Analyst | Is It Legal?

So much has changed in stock market since Harshad Mehta's scam. Govt and SEBI took initiative to strengthen the regulatory guidelines for brokers and stock exchanges.
There are more investors and traders in stock market. In fact there are 3.75 crore active demat accounts in Indian stock market and about 11 crore in total.
Much of these were opened during covid outbreak thanks to awareness and efforts of financial influencers wo spread word through KZbin, Instagram, Twitter and other social media.
But as a saying goes all glitters are not gold, a few finflencers Or aptly saying persons in disguise of finfluncer took the SEBI regulations on registered research analyst and investment advisor for a ride and now has become mafia induging in fraudulent activities like stock market manipulation, tips and tricks etc. Even faking themselves as a SEBI registered research and analyst.
They are now selling tips and handling account on behalf of other traders etc. One such example is Aakansha Gupta who claims herself to be a Seni registered research analyst.
With this video we want to ask questions and seek answers from her.
She is running a Telegram channel where she provide levels and advisory for options selling.
