Your recipe is amazing! This is the first Uyghur recipe I’ve eaten. I’ve done this recipe with my family with a bit of a twist to beef and chicken it came out wonderfully.

SHAHEENA KHAN polo is not Chinese food, it’s very Middle Eastern Muslim dish, for Uyghur people it’s a food of king, so please don’t mix up, thanks 🙏

After frying meat and onion we put cut-ready carrot then pour into some water to boil some time then put the rice. don't mix the procedure please
