Imagine if that person had medical problems and thus had to change their diet based on that. It could potentially kill someone depending of the nature of those issues. People need to realize that if someone refuses to eat something, it's not always just related to personal beliefs. For some people it's not a choice. Eating those things might genuinely make them sick, and for someone to just force it on them not knowing what the situation is? That's fucked up, no matter what.

I hope people know that not every vegan is like that vegan teacher. They choose* to live a lifestyle that does not include animal cruelty. They're empathizing with the animals (in most cases) what they're doing is good. The bad thing is the vegans that force people to change their diet. Nothing ever works if it's forceful and you are just dumb if you think otherwise. It is similar to trying being better with yourself(getting in a good place mentally,being gratetful..) it all has to come from a place of love.

Like anything, you need to take something little by little to get used to it. Some medications, specific foods/diets, anything. Jumping in full force can be pretty bad. If you know you can handle it continue, if you can't that's fine. There's always alternatives.

I've been a vegetarian my entire life and while I've never had a situation this dire I've had people try to force me to eat meat in other ways. For example, they fed me beef jerky in kindergarten for snack while knowing I was a vegetarian and threatened to get me in trouble when I refused. I don't understand why there's so much hate for vegans and vegetarians like we aren't all the vegan teacher. I've been literally BULLIED in school for being a vegetarian even though I have not once tried t force these beliefs on other people. I just don't understand how us not eating meat will hurt you people, like wtf. (I will say they went overdramatic in that video though, after accidentally or being forced to eat meat I just get sick because my immune system has not learned to handle it and then are maybe a bit angry and annoyed... I don't drink bleach and put a toilet plunger on my face).
