I had the original gameboy, the green gameboy, silver gameboy pocket, clear purple gameboy color. i still have the silver gba sp, cobalt black & silver ds lite. For 3ds I have the anniversary LoZ and the Fire Emblem one. Last handheld the black and blue 2ds xl

For gameboy and most nintendo cartridge games the label will have a number imprinted on it or letter number combo. Also you can look at the pins and it should say nintendo along the bottom

Last year in March here literally all thrift stores and swap meets and flea markets were closed. It would have strictly been Walmart and Target sourcing for me if I was full time back then.
