I put everything off, I started my weightloss fitness health journey end of 2021. I've dropped 70+ pounds, have become toned. And I'm so fucking happy. Focusing on yourself is the most important thing to do. Right now I'm working on starting a clothing brand!! While working full time, going to school full time, hitting the gym 5+ days a week and trying to be my bestself. I've learned so much about health, mental health, finance and more in the last year. You can achieve anything you want to. Just start doing it. One day, one habit one thing at a time. I waited till 22 years old to start changing my life, I had the college expierence, I got drunk with my friends for days at a time, it's not worth it. But always remember to enjoy yourself too, and have a social life! It doesn't matter if you started 2 years ago, or 2 years from now. Do it for you.

Lack of wanting to reach potential. I didn’t really understand what it was that was so frecking triggering to me. Holy crap Alex, you may have helped me unlock a trigger ! While I never had the name for it- I definitely had the actions to try and fight it. Porn, weed, hookups, habitual drop out. I kept trying something new, and dropping when my tunnel exit got cloudy. It was so much easier to smoke weed to help me understand why no one else gives a fuck about their tunnel. Being bullied about taking things too serious or being intense. It seems like you have the same go getter energy, passion for life and Christ, and humble nature. But I never got to my goal so I lost motivation and didn't put all my energy in. A lot of times I think that 2 years is way to much and I feel exhausted running after my goal after so much time. But now I realised that I just have to forget the last 2 years and act like I started from the beginning again. I think when you run so long after a goal it is important to make yourself believe that you start from the beginning each year. To start the year i wanted to break out and take control but everything around me sucked me back in and right when i just gave up i got in a bad car accident and had no injuries by nothing but the grace of God.
