U actually get a double workout here cuz if u go during peak hour you'll have to park your car far so it'll take about 45 minutes to walk to the gym (you have better odds winning the Powerball than finding a car spot out front). Once you're at the entrance, it'll take another 30 minutes to get to the cardio equipment lmfao. 😂😂

nah but main thing for me is getting fit & helping me perform better & where i can sit longer then 20 minutes is nice being fit doing squats at times along with core sessions & 105 minutes runs & developing more skills but am wanting a bike ride for trainning now instead of using my feet & more swimming at times but am hoping i get to 200kgs at least for lifts is ok for me as i use to struggle running 8 minutes & also lift more then 50kgs ive progressed in lifting helped with strength & prosture i know the squat has been benefical outta all lifts by far & running helped with mood & lungs its helping maybe in future 10-15 years from now a super gym alot of guys would lift 1000-2000kgs easy & run 100 hours straight without stopping lol but hoping to make my own within 10-15 years maybe sooner depending how things go but i have to do alot of other things before i can do any business if i do run a business id make it small team something manageable id want running 3-6 months but definitly some faculity to enhence human performance is possible im wht a mma fighter or boxing champion would do within 5-10 seconds son the guys already knocked outta the ring 3 stands back haaha but such heightened skills is only a thought right now getting fit is nice also as it has sexual benefits & mental health benefits but round may or june i think good time to start gambling as ive been off it for 2 months now u gotta b selective i wana start with $300 then make my way upto $5000 max bet lol = $50,000 return i know within 50-100 bets is possible maybe less if im accurate but definitly lifting has helped me back better sitting & not feeling back pain & better breathing alot of it natural without supplements & to much of the diet required & alot of the therphy work has still increased without it im due for one soon it would enhence my performance for sure the therphy work & massages on feet & back care as i know such parts of body need repair work i might compete in 2-3 years from now i know my body isnt to far away just looking at improving other parts first but trainning has something to do with it & nice drone work some narrow awesome skywalker vision tho good control take 20,000+? :)
