LOL they did.. in many many ways directly & indirectly. I didn't go almost didnt graduate because of too many cuts but I still learned them at school even if I didn't listen to them because who at school was saying it friends, teachers, security guards, administrators, "motivational speakers", DARE instructors/ DARE assembles, the messages were all there. About drugs/ alcohol, not driving when you weren't sober, only your opinion mattered, don't worry about what others think, treat others like you want to be treated blah blah on & on it was all there. I still got it & cut all the time. Now a day I doubt they do it's all just about blaming others & need to be taken care by others, & you shouldn't have to do something if you don't want to.

Why waste time and money above all accelerate the deterioration of your body and you call that fun I understand that no matter how fast you are you can't outrun death,it will catch up will you They are plenty of ways in which one can enjoy life. Thank you for sharing your message Nathan. You'll probably never see this but I can relate a lot to your experiences. I had a drug problem and ended up with an OWI as soon as I turned 18. Went to jail, got out, kept doing the same shit. Thank God I never got anybody physically hurt. Well now I am 20 and have been sober for 14 months. I'm excited about life, and I want to do what you're doing! I want to go to schools and talk to students about driving sober, without distractions. And I will.
