Government should have the final say especially when you need to apply for licence before start work but someone play punk by drawing the mural before approval. For some strange reason ... Singapore has decided to invoke a romanticized vision of the Samsui women even though they are all imported cheap labor - i.e Foreign Workers ...Before we start debating about demeaning an essentially extinct segment of society ... maybe Singaporeans want to spend some effort on respecting and highlighting the efforts of the current set of imported cheap laborers .... that we can see around us everyday without searching for a mural ...
