Definitely a vento my brother had one years ago. Not sure what a Jetta looks like from this era, is that a newer model(jetta)

Leaking heating core, i think
@martinweizenacker71292 ай бұрын
@@Teemu_1366 Maybe, but it looks like the heater core is not even inside the cabin anymore. If it was still there, you would see the two short plastic pipes of it extending into the engine bay. But there are just two holes (or maybe the pipes were knocked off, who knows). My comment was actually sarcastic. As if you ever need to heat the cabin in Africa. 😅

670€ for that ? Hard pass lol.
@user-h2d5qАй бұрын
LMFAO. You have no idea what things actually cost. Thats $700 dollars' worth of materials. And that's the price you get selling to the scrap yard. The scrap yard also makes a profit.
@KaelidozАй бұрын
@@user-h2d5q I've sold a few cars and I can honestly say that no one would buy that for 670€ in Europe, truly nobody. Maybe people have more money to spend over there in Africa, but by the look of things I doubt it. If that's truly the average price then that's fucked up for yall.
@user-h2d5qАй бұрын
@@Kaelidoz You have a really small concept of the value of material. Scrap metal prices are pretty consistent across the world. The price of scrap metal in Europe is much higher than in America. You act like there no market for scrap materials at all. The reality is you can't drive a car like that in Europe. It won't pass inspection. But that does not mean people are not interested in it for a number of reasons. I would buy that thing to drive down my giant American property.

@@Kaelidoz You don't believe in scrap yards for the sake of argument? The automotive supply chain is fascinating. I have sold cars for a lot more than 680 Euros. For rusted out 1990s SUVs with broken transmissions and destroyed body work and interiors. Anything that runs and drives with a title is going for at least $1000 and that probably not including wheels or a battery. Insurance and registration can be under $300 USD per year if you have a good driving record. And with licensing being basically free. This car could probably get $1000 USD within a few minutes. Under an hour it would be sold. if listed for sale on Facebook for $1000 USD. 3.7 Liters of quality petrol cost $2.60 USD. in Euro that is about 2.75. Every individual owns a car. Unless they have a mental disability.
